Welcome to the Redevelopment Agency
The Sanger Redevelopment Agency (RDA) is the City of Sanger’s partner in the development of Affordable Housing, as well as other Commercial, Industrial, Neighborhood and Economic Development projects. RDA helps in the following areas, among others:
- Increases the supply of housing for individuals and families of low to moderate income;
- Provides infrastructures and land for commercial and industrial projects;
- Creates opportunities for developers and employers to create a steady supply of jobs needed to maintain the highest possible employment rates.
- Works to eliminate blight and maximize economic and social potentials for community properties.
The RDA is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, whose members also serve as the Sanger City Council. The City Manager currently serves as RDA Executive Director. The RDA Board meets two times each month on the first and third Thursday. |
