Spectacular 2019  4th of July . with prices and event details

The City of Sanger Parks & Recreation Division will be hosting its annual 4th of July Spectacular celebration, on Thursday, July 4th at Sanger High School’s (1045 Bethel Avenue) practice fields.  Gates open at 6 pm. The popular local band “The Box,” will get things started at 6:30 PM. A special flag retirement ceremony will start the patriotic festivities at approximately 8:00 pm, you are welcome to bring your worn flags so that they may be retired with honor. Closing ceremonies include the presentation of colors, remarks by local leader(s), and the National Anthem will begin at 8:45pm. The amazing fireworks show will begin immediately following, approximately 9pm/dusk.

Parking passes to the event are $15 and includes 4 entry tickets per vehicle.  Walk up tickets are $3 and children under 5 are free with a paid adult. Please use Annadale Ave, to access the parking lot. Buses should make special arrangements in advance.  Advance parking passes and tickets are available with the Sanger Chamber of Commerce (while supplies last).

A wide variety of food and novelty vendors will be on site for your enjoyment.  Contact the Chamber of Commerce at 875-4575 for details.  No outside food, drinks, ice chests/coolers or pop-up tents are permitted.  There will be family and youth games and activities as well.  For more information contact 876-6300 option 2 or recinfo@ci.sanger.ca.us .
